By providing your mobile phone number to Spifex or changing the phone number associated with your use of Spifex’s services, you agree to the following Mobile Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used in these Mobile Terms of Service are defined in the Spifex Platform Agreement entered into between Spifex and the company (“Company”) using our services.
References to “Company” mean the entity that is applying for or has opened a Spifex account to use the Services. References to “User” mean you, an individual authorized to use the Services on the Company’s behalf.
1. Consent to Receive Communications
You consent to accept and receive calls, text, SMS, and RCS messages from Spifex to the phone number you or the Company provide to us when you become a User or update the contact information associated with your use of Spifex Services. Your phone number will be used for customer communications, fraud prevention, and to secure your account, and the frequency of such communications may vary. Standard message and data rates from your cell phone carrier may apply to the text, SMS, and RCS messages we send you. Neither Spifex nor your cell phone carrier will be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
2. Opting Out
Except as otherwise provided in the Spifex Platform Agreement, you may opt-out of receiving text, SMS, and RCS messages through the Spifex Dashboard or by replying “STOP” to any message. You acknowledge that opting out of receiving such communications may impact your use of Spifex services, as certain notifications may be essential for account security, fraud prevention, or compliance.
3. Reactivating Communications
If you wish to reactivate text, SMS, or RCS messages, or if you are experiencing issues receiving such communications, please contact Spifex Support. If you are having issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can reach Spifex Support directly at +1-855-637-2227.
4. Personal Data and Privacy
Details on how Spifex collects, uses, and handles your personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. By providing your phone number, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
Spifex will not be liable for any issues related to the delivery of text, SMS, or RCS messages, including any delays or undelivered messages. If you experience any issues with receiving communications, please follow the instructions above or contact our support team for assistance.
